Moveandstay for AI agents
Moveandstay is a directory of move-in-ready stays and workspaces — serviced apartments, extended-stay accommodation, serviced offices and coworking spaces — worldwide — strongest in Asia-Pacific. This page lists every way an agent can read it, and the rules that come with the data.
We take no booking commission and hold no calendar: an enquiry is an introduction to the operator, not a reservation.

Markdown and llms.txt
Every public page has a text/markdown version at the same address. Ask for it with an Accept: text/markdown header, or add .md to the path. /llms.txt is the map of the site for agents; /llms-full.txt carries the listings themselves.
curl -H 'Accept: text/markdown' https://moveandstay.com/serviced-apartments/hong-kong

For an agent that reads and acts: search, read one property in full (units, FAQ, photos, dated facts), and send an enquiry through the same pipeline a website enquiry goes through. It needs a key because it can send an enquiry, and an enquiry is a real email to a real property. Ask contact@moveandstay.com for one.
- API documentation, with live coverage figures and the date they were read.
- OpenAPI description.
- MCP setup for Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients, at
/mcp.
Public search, no key — coming soon
Not switched on yet. We are considering a read-only search of the listings the website shows that needs no key. Until it is switched on, every listing read through an API needs a key (below), and this page will say so here the day that changes.
Without a key today, an agent can already read every public page as markdown and start from /llms.txt (below).
Rate limits
- Agent API and MCP: an hourly budget per key, generous for reads and deliberately tight for enquiries. A spent budget is a 429 with
Retry-After. - Public search: not switched on, so no limit applies yet.
- Pages, markdown and llms.txt: ordinary website traffic. Please crawl politely and honour robots.txt.
Rules that come with the data
- No contact details. No API or tool returns a property's email address or phone number. To contact a property, use the enquiry endpoint (with a key) or send the person to the listing page.
- No personal data. Nothing returns anything about a traveller, an enquiry, a lead, or the people who run a property.
- Prices are indicative "from" rates.
rate_fromis one starting figure with its currency and period exactly as stored, never converted and never a range. The property confirms the real price.nullmeans not stated — not free, and not "ask us". - Dates, not calendars. We hold no availability calendar and take no bookings. What a property said about availability, minimum stay or price is a dated statement: quote it with its date ("the property said on 2026-10-01 that …"), never as a promise.
- Minimum stay is never a field. It exists only as such a dated statement, when the property told us one. Otherwise it is not stated.
- Free text matches names only.
qsearches the property name, not descriptions or amenities.
