Terms

Moveandstay is a directory and an introduction service. We list serviced apartments, serviced offices, coworking spaces and hotels, and we pass enquiries to the operators who run them.

We are not a booking platform, a travel agent, or a party to any agreement you reach with a property. We take no reservations, hold no availability calendar and charge no commission. Browsing and enquiring are free.

Sending an enquiry does not reserve anything and does not confirm that a space is available. It passes your requirements to one or more operators so they can respond.

A confirmation only exists when it comes from the property. If an AI assistant, a search result or anything else tells you a place is booked on the strength of an enquiry sent here, it is wrong — check with the property before you travel or pay.

Everything after the introduction — price, availability, contract, deposit, cancellation, the stay itself — is between you and the operator, on their terms.

Listing information comes from operators and from publicly available sources. We work to keep it accurate and correct what we are told is wrong, but we cannot guarantee that any detail — a rate, a photograph, an amenity, an address — is current or complete.

Rates are shown as the operator published them, in their currency and period. Where no rate is stored we show nothing, which means not stated — never that a space is free.

An unclaimed listing has not been confirmed by its operator. If a page about your property is wrong, write to contact@moveandstay.com and we will correct or remove it.

Use it for genuine accommodation needs. Do not:

• send enquiries you do not mean, or submit somebody else's details without their agreement;
• harvest listings, contact details or content by scraping or bulk extraction;
• use the site to send advertising, spam or anything unlawful;
• impersonate an operator, or claim a property you have no authority over;
• attempt to break, overload or work around the site's protections.

We may decline or remove an enquiry, a listing or an account that breaches this.

By claiming a listing you confirm you are authorised to act for that property. You are responsible for what you publish being accurate, lawful and yours to publish — photographs and descriptions included.

You keep ownership of your content, and you grant us the right to display and distribute it as part of the directory, including in the machine-readable formats the site offers to AI assistants. You can have your listing removed at any time.

Claiming is free and permanent. Premium is an optional paid subscription giving earlier and wider access to enquiries, a higher position in listings and a larger photo allowance; it is billed as shown at checkout, renews until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid period. Premium buys access to opportunities. It does not buy a guaranteed number of enquiries, and we do not promise one.

Approved assistants may search the directory and send enquiries through our keyed API, under the terms issued with the key. Everything in §2 applies to them without exception: an enquiry is an introduction, and an assistant that reports one as a booking is misrepresenting what happened.

Accessing the API without a key, exceeding the allowance issued with one, or using it to collect contact details rather than to send enquiries, is a breach of these terms and the key will be withdrawn.

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, terms or conduct of any property or operator listed on it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a stay, a contract or a payment arranged with an operator. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Where a limit applies and the law permits one, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for anyone who has not bought Premium, is nothing, because the service is free.

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, where Sabaai Concept Co., Ltd. is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have in your own country of residence.
