Figment Club House

Figment Club House, at 11 Geylang Lorong 24A, is the shophouse that serves as the members' club for all Figment residents, with four private studios. Each studio is furnished for one or two people with its own shower room. Figment lists all four as having no natural light, and two of them, The Nook and The Speakeasy, as having a balcony, so the layout is worth seeing at a viewing. Residents share the kitchen, the communal rooms and a washer and dryer, on the same lane as Figment's other Lorong 24A houses near Aljunied MRT. Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning of the shared areas, and a first set of bedding and towels; cleaning inside a room is SGD 150 a month extra. Figment's advertised prices are starting monthly rates for a lease of six months, subject to availability; shorter stays are quoted on request. A deposit of one and a half months' rent is held, residents must be 21 or over, and pets are not allowed.
