Family-Friendly Serviced Apartments in Jakarta

26 listings

Jakarta families relocating or staying long-term need serviced apartments that go beyond a hotel room—space for children to move, kitchens for weeknight meals, and landlords who understand family rhythms. Family-focused properties here offer layouts with separate bedrooms, laundry facilities, and management teams responsive to the messiness of life with kids. Before booking, confirm room count and configuration, check what's included in monthly rates (utilities, housekeeping frequency), and ask about quiet hours and any restrictions on children's activities. Many properties allow direct contact with owners, cutting through booking fees.

FAQ

Frequently asked

  • What layouts and room configurations are typical for family apartments in Jakarta?
Most family-oriented properties offer two to three-bedroom layouts, many with separate living areas and kitchens. Ask the property about bedroom sizes, sleeping arrangements for children, and whether the space includes a dining area. Some have adjoining suites; others are self-contained units.
  • What should I confirm about housekeeping and laundry for families with children?
Clarify whether housekeeping is included weekly or bi-weekly, and what's covered—linens, common areas, or full apartment turnover. Ask specifically about in-unit or on-site laundry access, critical when managing family laundry loads. Confirm turnaround times for extra services.
  • Are there guidelines or restrictions I should ask about before moving in with children?
Inquire about noise and play policies, especially for outdoor/common areas. Ask whether the building welcomes children, if there are age restrictions, and what happens if damage occurs during a family stay. Understand the notice period required to exit your lease if circumstances change.
