Weave Residences – Mid-Levels is a building of 48 furnished apartments run by Weave Living at 8 Hospital Road in Mid-Levels on Hong Kong Island, close to the Central–Mid-Levels escalator, with Central and Admiralty a short walk away, according to the operator. Every unit is about 307 sq ft. Urban Residences on the lower floors are studios with a queen bed; One-bedroom Residences on the middle and upper floors have a separate bedroom, and the highest ones face the harbour. The Rooftop Residence adds a private rooftop. Each unit has its own kitchen with an oven, a cooktop and a microwave, a living area with a sofa, a dining table, a private bathroom, a washer-dryer and a smart TV, and some Urban and One-bedroom Residences take pets. Residents share a gym; security staff and CCTV are on duty around the clock, and cleaning is optional. Stays are let under a licence agreement, so no stamp duty is due, and the fee covers utilities, Wi-Fi and the smart TV. Monthly plans run from one month, with lower monthly rates for three and twelve months or more. Confirm availability and the layout of a given unit with the operator.
