The Unit Morrison Hill

The Unit Morrison Hill is a serviced apartment building run by The Unit, a residential leasing brand of Emperor Hotels Group, at 46-48 Morrison Hill Road in Causeway Bay, about five minutes' walk from Causeway Bay MTR station. It lets furnished one-bedroom apartments of about 680 sq ft gross: Superior One Bedroom units on the 4th to 11th floors, and Deluxe One Bedroom units on the 3rd floor with a private terrace of about 710 sq ft. Apartments have a refrigerator, a microwave oven and kitchenware, Wi-Fi, a TV with a soundbar, a safe and an iron. The building has 24-hour CCTV, self-service laundry, a mail service and a rooftop terrace with a barbecue that is booked in advance; housekeeping is offered for selected units only. The operator does not publish the lease terms, the deposit or what the rent includes, and lists no hob in the kitchen, so confirm these and how many people each apartment takes with the operator.
