Rosewood Residences is the serviced apartment part of Rosewood Hong Kong at Victoria Dockside, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, let for extended stays. It has 186 furnished units: studios, premium studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplexes. Studios have their own private entrance, one- and two-bedroom units are reached by private lift, and some premium corner units have outdoor terraces. Each unit has a kitchenette with Miele appliances. Housekeeping comes daily except on Sundays and public holidays, and residents use the Club 53 lounge, an indoor heated pool, 24-hour fitness studios and a free in-house laundry room, with priority bookings at the hotel's spa, restaurants and bars. Pets are welcome and parking can be requested. Prices are given on request only; unit sizes, how many guests each unit takes, the minimum stay and the deposit are not published and must be confirmed with the operator. K11 ARTUS, in the same complex, is a separate residence.
