About Kornhill Apartments
Kornhill Apartments is a serviced apartment complex of 450 furnished units run by Hang Lung Properties at 2 Kornhill Road in Quarry Bay, on the eastern side of Hong Kong Island, above Tai Koo MTR station (Exit B) and next to the Kornhill Plaza shopping centre. It lets studios of about 400 sq ft and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments of about 700 to 1,100 sq ft, in Standard, Modern, Garden and Deluxe categories. Units listed with a kitchenette have an electric hob and kitchenware; the others have a refrigerator, kettle, microwave and dining set but no hob is listed. Every unit has Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe and individually controlled air conditioning. Rooms are cleaned on a schedule and a customer service counter is open 24 hours. Residents can use a lounge on the 3rd floor at no charge; the gym, indoor pool, sports courts, sauna and jacuzzi on the 9th floor, the self-service laundry and parking are charged. The operator's terms give a minimum stay of one month. How many people each unit takes and the number of bathrooms (other than the three-bedroom, which has two) are not published, so confirm them with the operator.
