Family-Friendly Serviced Apartments in Chengdu

12 listings

Families relocating to or staying long-term in Chengdu need space, flexibility, and practical amenities—not a standard hotel room. Serviced apartments here combine full kitchens, separate living areas, and laundry facilities, letting you settle into a routine that works for kids and work schedules alike. Look for layouts with multiple bedrooms, proximity to international schools or family zones, and clear policies on extended stays. Before booking, ask about childproofing options, high-speed internet for schoolwork, and whether the building has recreation areas or welcomes families during off-peak seasons. Moveandstay connects you directly with hosts, so you can discuss your family's specific needs upfront.

FAQ

Frequently asked

  • What size and layout should I look for in a family serviced apartment?
Prioritize units with two or more bedrooms and a separate living/dining area, so children have space to study and play. A full kitchen lets you prepare meals on your schedule. Ask the property about square footage and whether the layout suits your family size before committing to a longer lease.
  • Are there extra fees or deposits for families with children?
Policies vary significantly. Contact the property directly to confirm whether they charge per-person rates, require additional damage deposits, or have age restrictions. Clarify what's included—linens, utilities, parking—since family stays often cost more upfront than short bookings.
  • How do I assess safety and amenities for my children?
Ask about in-building facilities like playgrounds, gyms, or supervised activities. Confirm security measures, window locks, and proximity to hospitals and schools. Discuss internet reliability for remote schooling and whether the building supports mail delivery and daily housekeeping that suits family routines.
