Stella33 - The Hive

The Hive is a 2,500 sqm business center run by Stella33 inside MIND Milano Innovation District. MIND is one of Europe’s largest urban regeneration projects, home to Human Technopole, Galeazzi Hospital and the University of Milan’s science campus. For companies that want a base in the district, The Hive is the easiest way in: flexible terms, all services included, and no long-term real estate commitment.

Private offices range from 50 to 500 sqm and can be configured to fit the team. They come furnished and are ready from day one. Coworking desks, fully equipped meeting rooms and event spaces complete the offer, so the space works for a single professional, a project team or a growing branch office. Everything is covered by one all-inclusive monthly fee with no CAPEX, including high-speed Wi-Fi with secure connections and 24/7 access.

The welcome area is designed as a lively shared space for informal work, events and catering. A hospitality and community team looks after tenants and their guests. Lounges, relax areas and green spaces make room for breaks and networking. Tenants range from pharma and life sciences companies to financial services and specialist firms, which makes the house a natural place to meet people and find new business.
